Senator Gardner moved that the bill be returned to second reading for all amendments offered today. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Gardner offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 57, following line 10: Insert a new subsection to read: "(d) Section 1, ch. 16, SLA 2013, page 12, lines 20 - 25, is repealed." Page 57, line 18: Delete "34" Insert "34(a) - (c)" Page 57, line 19: Delete "and 33(c)" Insert "33(c), and 34(d)" Senator Gardner moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Coghill moved for the adoption of the constitutional budget reserve fund sections. The question being: "Shall the constitutional budget reserve fund sections (Article IX, Section 17(c) Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted?"
